I'd suggest Vertu Land Rover Exeter to a friend because as soon as we walked in everyone made us welcome, Stuart who we dealt with was really helpful and explained everything on the test drive and in the showroom.
On pickup of my parners Epace again service was excellent , even manager came out and spoke to us which is really unusual for dealerships these days.
Would i deal with them again ? Definitely many thanks to stuart and the rest of the staff.

I cannot reccomend Vertu Land Rover Exeter enough, we visited to have a look at my wifes dream car which was a Range Rover Evoque, we saw one advertised on their website, called the dealership and we could view that same day and take it for a spin, nothing was too much trouble, Kai was so knowledgable and friendly, my wife was very nervous to drive it but Kai put her at ease and completely went through the car explaining everything in depth, we never felt rushed or pressured.
After the test drive we sat with Kai and he went through the packages avaliable, again no pressure and explained the process, we had as long as we needed to discuss, ask questions and the coffee was fab!....... we were 'over the moon' and brought the Evoque!
A week later we arrived to pick up the car and the after sales was again 10/10...... Kai walked us around the car, we the opportunity to ask questions agin not rushed at all, a lovely lady (so sorry I forget her name) was on hand to assist Kai and she took my wife through everything and her questions, they made the collection so special for my wife (who was quite emotional picking up her dream car)
I would recommended Range Rover and the dealership in Exeter to everyone I know, they made the whole process so easy, seamless and made my wifes year!

Vertu Land Rover Exeter were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the process from walking into the showroom to selecting the car and then buying it was very easy to achieve the salesman, Henry was very attentive and clearly knew the product very well. My only observation would be when people buy a new car, they often want peripheral items such as boot mats, bumper protectors etc, these were never offered so I bought these aftermarket. Clearly a missed opportunity for Land Rover. Overall very happy thank you.
